"The 432-metre tall Marina 101 Hotel & Residence tower, currently being carved along the Dubai Marina is set to open in the fourth quarter of 2014", said Abu Ali Malik Shroff, chairman of Sheffield Holdings.
Touted to be the second tallest tower in Dubai and the world’s tallest hotel tower, the hotel named as Dream Dubai Marina will be managed by the Hampshire Hotels Management, in association with Wyndham Hotel Group, the largest hotel group in the world. Hampshire Hotels Management is the parent company of the Dream Hotel brand.
The tower when completed will be 77 metres taller than its counterpart, the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. It will feature 720 units, with 300 guest rooms and 420 hotel apartments, six restaurants and lounges, a nightclub, two pools and spas, gymnasiums and squash courts.
