Mall of the Emirates is a shopping mall on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. Developed and owned by the Majid Al Futtaim Group, it opened in November 2005. This multi-level shopping mall has over 630 retail shops, about 100 restaurants & cafes, 80 luxury stores, 250 flagship stores, 7900 parking spaces and family leisure activities in its total area of 255,489 sq.m. (2,750,060 sq.ft.). The mall has an enormous indoor skiing facility called 'Ski Dubai' offering snowboarding, a children's play area and a cafe. It regularly organises family leisure activities and sporting events to entertain visitors. It also features a 500-seat capacity Dubai Community Theatre, Arts Centre and Magic Planet, one of Dubai's largest indoor family entertainment centres.
Dubai Gold Souk, or Gold Souk, is a traditional market (or souk) in Dubai, UAE. It is located in Dubai's commercial business district in Deira, in the locality of Al Ras, at the mouth of Dubai Creek. The souk has over 380 retailers, most of which are jewellery traders. It is the largest gold market in Dubai. Wafi Mall is situated just south of the Creek in Wafi City, in Dubai. Dubai's Gold and Diamond Park is located at Interchange four on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. It was established in May 2001 and is spread over 47,505 sq.m. (511,343 sq.ft.). The park is an extension of the Jebel Ali Free Zone. This Arabian-designed centre contains over 30 retailers and over 100 manufacturers of jewellery/. They manage a big building selling jewellery made with some of the world's finest jewellery, gemstones, diamonds, precious stones and metals such as gold, silver, and platinum, which draws high-end personal accessories to residents and tourists.
