At last moment we planned a trip to Dubai and got this hotel room at a cheap price tag. There were many good hotels around the Immigration Rd but still this hotel is worth at least a single visit. Overall room condition was better but don’t expect to get all advanced amenities here. Staff is not that good as they give late response to changes needed in the room.

I am not so happy with this hotel as very basic things like telephone or Air conditioning was not working. And when we asked for room service we got late response. Rooms were clean and tidy but soft pillows were missing. If looking for rooms in Dubai on an emergency basis, even then this hotel is not recommended.

I really liked the food quality and service given by the staff to its guests. We were pleased to get such warm welcome but only problem is they took little time to get the rooms done. As soon as we got keys we rushed into the rooms to relax for some time. That day we were unable to upload our Dubai pics as internet speed was not good at all and it was even getting disconnected all the time.

I would say it is one of the cool places in this area. Good service, clean rooms and above all this very helpful staff. Dubai is one of my favourite vacation places and I would love to come here again and again if I am going to stay in Crystal Plaza.

This place is simply good for those who are interested to enjoy their short vacation with family or friends. Rooms are spacious and even furniture is well maintained. Due to some problem we were unable to check-in on time but still got warm welcome from staff. Different types of menu were available for breakfast and presentation of dishes was too good. Internet facility is available but don’t expect good speed. Just little issue with my pillows as they were not so soft so unable to sleep calmly at night
