Description: I found the hotel a bit expensive compared to the other luxury hotels I’ve stayed in. But I guess the rates are very standard for a city like Dubai. I found no cause to complain about the hotel during my stay for a week at the hotel. Breakfast had a lot of choice and no matter what we picked the food was always good. Service was exceptionally good with a cheerful and pleasant staff. The close access to the shopping mall from the hotel was also an added advantage.

For the great food, good service and clean rooms I’d definitely rate the hotel with four stars. Our check in was quick without any delay. The nearby shopping mall made our shopping experience very enjoyable and pleasant. If an opportunity arises I would definitely stay at the City four seasons hotel again.

Compared to some of the other hotels I’ve stayed in the City Seasons hotel is completely lacking in the customer service department. The staff was always grumbling and had a don’t care attitude towards the problems and miseries faced by the hotel guests in this god forsaken hotel!

I stayed at the hotel for two days for a company presentation. The close access to the airport was a plus, as it saved me a lot of travel time. The business facilities were all upto date. Our company presentation went very well without a hitch. The close access to the city malls also allowed me to do a little hasty shopping on this business trip.

This has been one of the best 4 star hotel I’ve stayed in years. The atmosphere was great and the staff was always ever eager to please. The fitness and sauna facilities in the rooms were state of the art. Our room was large and exceptionally clean. We especially enjoyed the hotel pool.
