"Surprisingly Great !!!!"

I would definitely say that if you are planning to visit Dubai. You can try a stay at Tamani Hotel Marina. I personally believe that this hotel is cosy and comfortable for long term stay. In the last month, I had a short trip to Dubai. Though I was for official tour, yet I saved my time to spend some pleasurable moments on beach. I was fortune enough that I got a wonderful room with front view of the Palm Beach. Overall, I would say that the hotel had good service. The night staff and workers were very friendly and cooperative.

"Good location "

We were quite happy with the location of Tamani Hotel Marina. It was beautifully situated in the centre of Dubai. Well connected to Ibn Battuta Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Media City, and Dubai Internet City. We did not have to struggle a lot to get a taxi and public transports. My shopping and short family holidays was very successful.

"Arabic Themes room"

You need to wait at the reception for longtime to get your room if you have booked online. Rooms were comfortable but bathroom was not very clean as expected from 5 star hotel. Staff is quite good and helpful in nature. Interior design with Arabic themes was something classy and beautiful.

"Not fit for business purposes "

(3/5)

The hotel was not ideal for business trip. From the day we cheeked in, we were feeling unsatisfied. Staff workers were careless and left our luggage outside my room. After continuous reminders, the hotel staff cleaned the stinking bathroom. Room was spacious and comfortable. However, bed linens were not clean. Internet was a bit slow. I personally experienced problems while surfing on the internet. My company web page was not opening and it took almost 15 minutes for an attachment. I was only happy because the hotel was very close to my corporate office. I saved huge money in transportation.

"Perfect Choice for Business Travelers"

(5/5)

It was the first time I had been to Dubai for business purposes and my friend’s recommendation had influenced my decision to stay at the Tamani Hotel Marina. To tell the truth, I was unaware of Tamani’s offerings, but thankfully, it turned out to be a perfect choice. What impressed me the most was their exclusive ladies floor served only by female attendants. I could not make use of their five star services like spa or swimming pool as I left for London the next day itself. However, I did conduct a meeting at the business centre. The facilities they offered were top notch and even if some of the requirements were unavailable, they promptly arranged for the same. Catering and refreshments offered were ok; somewhat bland to my taste buds. Housekeeping was good and the staff was polite. They did speak English but it was difficult conversing due to the accents. The airport transportation was arranged for, which was on time and luxurious. My stay at Tamani Hotel Marina was certainly worth recommending.

"Not Worth It"

(3/5)

I certainly would not call my stay at the Tamani a 5* experience. It was our first family vacation in Dubai and we booked Tamani from 15th November till the 20th. Everyone publicizes it as five star hotel, but my experience would say otherwise. At the most I would rate it a 3 star. Everything was right, the staff was courteous and helpful, but it never felt like we were staying in a five star hotel. We resided in 2-bedroom apartment, which was enough for 3-member family. But the nightmare started the day my son went into the bathroom for a shower. For 2 minutes or so he got to bathe in hot water and within a flick he was shivering under the cold water shower. The kitchen was well equipped, so we could have our breakfast but then the housekeeping staff refused to co-operate unless we profusely tipped them. We thought our room was connected to the private beach but the surcharges were kept hidden from us while booking the room. For each person the hotel charges around £30 to use the private beach, which is quite hefty. The pool also was closed for maintenance and the water pressure in the Jacuzzi was not properly maintained. Both of them remained inaccessible, spoiling our holiday mood. Go to Tamani, but do not expect 5 star luxuries otherwise you will return sorely disappointed.
