wanted to relax and shop, spend some quality time with my beloved… but all was ruined… The windows and wall are thin… we could hear people. The Jacuzzi was not up to the mark. The tub was not at all clean.. no free internet in the room.. was bad to be in a queue to get online….

This was a 7th time we stayed at The Fairmont Dubai. The staff was so lovable and affectionate.. they used to remember our names and gave preferences to all of us! I felt really as being at home! All the family needs were taken car of! The children, the grand ones and we both.. all were very happy. Will always stay here whenever m in Dubai with my family…
