From the moment of check in the hotel staff was very efficient and friendly. Skiing indoors was great and so was the close access to the luxury shops. We have already planned on booking here again!

The hotel has beautiful modern, luxurious and spacious rooms. Rooms have all the modern conveniences and are elegantly designed. It’s a shame, that the hotel staff doesn’t match up to its facilities. Not worth a stay.

Its was pleasure visiting this hotel in summer. Me, mom and dad visited here in my summer vacations. We really had a wonderful stay and experienced a very good room service. Staff was friendly and always tries to mix-up with customers for a better service. Suite offered was really big and bathroom was excellent and well-equipped. Staff made us feel great by offering top notch service. Fresh food was delicious which we enjoyed having in air conditioner room. Best part is kitchen was damn clean. Personally I wished to stay here for one more week.

I had requested a room with a view of the Burj but instead got a view of the outside tube of the skiing rink. The service was not up to the standard and the hotel seemed understaffed. It could improve a lot if they polished up a bit on the service.

We had booked at the Kempenski Mall of the Emirates especially for the skiing experience and we were not at all disappointed. A ski slope, right in the middle of a desert. Sounds exciting, doesn’t it? Well, it was.
