The hotel room was outstanding and service was impeccable. The Lasagna and Ravioli we tried out at the restaurant Corto turned out to be excellent. The roof top bar was very good and held amazing views. I would definitely consider staying here again

Firstly food at the Italian restaurant was simply the best I’ve yet ever tasted. Buffet breakfast had a lot of options and the food was very good. The rooftop bar is a great place to hand out for a younger crowd. Its close location to central Dubai and the metro station also adds to the advantage of the hotel. The staff’s warm smiles and pleasant attitude immediately affects you positively. I had a problem with the internet connection, which was immediately resolved with sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Our room was very well equipped and quite lavish. The hotel concierge was also quite helpful in guiding our sightseeing plans. We used the shuttle service offered by the hotel to visit some of the Dubai’s many attractions. I found the prices very reasonable. You can reach the Dubai Marina by just a 10 minute walk, which is very enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of many memorable walks through the parks. Walking was not an issue as the city is quite safe.

I had to wait for two hours for check-in, when I had been promised immediate check in. The bed sheets were not clean and I had to ask the staff thrice before they were replaced. The mini-bar was out of order so we had to ask for ice every time we wanted a drink. The free internet service was working quite well though and food at the Italian restaurant Certo was exceptionally good.

Dining and wining at the Italian restaurant and rooftop bar was an immensely pleasurable experience. I was staying in the business room which was inclusive of the business lounge and drinks and snacks in the afternoon. The room was well maintained and aptly furnished. Service was efficient and the staff didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile.
