The hotel was overpriced in compared to the facilities. I didn’t like attitude of reception staff workers. They didn’t give right information about anything. I was assured for buffet breakfast in the room, but I didn't got in room service. However, I would give nine out of ten to the hotel as it was located at the centre of Dubai. I was only happy because I got taxis and public transports easily.

Staying in Al Murooj Rotana was a right decision for us.The hotel was closely located to the Burj Khalifa. We did not get any transportation problems to visit nearest shopping centres and malls. We were whole heartily treated like a chief guest.

Best part of this hotel; if you are booking Classic Room then you will get free access to the fitness centre or gym, swimming pool. It is located near famous Burj Khalifa Tower and just 10 mins away from Dubai International Airport . But as per condition of hotel, fare applied for rooms are high. But considering service from staff members and taste of food I would like to prefer this hotel rather than paying cheap rates in hotels located in heart of city.

After a long time, I went to Dubai therefore I was a bit confused about various locations. Although, Al Murooj Rotana was situated in the heart of city, yet it could not help me. I had a tough time looking for taxi and public transport. I would like to appreciate help-desk service that reduced my confusion. I was also helped in tour arrangement and short-trip. The hotel was a bit costly therefore I used to take lunch & dinner outside.
