I am happy that I saw the pics of the hotel and booked thursday dubai.com. The villa and the amenities were of high standards, luxurious and classy… the lagoon view was just mind-blowing. Everything in this hotel is superb but hey.. watch out for the services and the final payments!! Bad bad service.. here staff doesn’t care much about what you’ve ordered for breakfast or lunch, or what u need…the man at the desk did not register my complaints and seemed ignorant. The services and the staff needs great improvements… otherwise.. everything else is good

Our weekend in Dubai was just amazingly relaxing in this hotel. The rooms were clean and flower arrangements were refreshing. I traveled with my family: my wife, my kids, and my dad. We stayed in joined villa. The view was cool and re-freshening… the kids took full advantage of Kids’ Club Here. dad roamed around and both of us went to spa… all were happy and holiday went great as the food was also exceptional!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days which were fantastic! The rooms where we stayed in were on the ground floor and close to kid’s club. It was a nice advantage as our 3 kids were with us! The food was excellent. The staff was prompt and polite as well… had a nice holiday in Dubai… all thanks to Hotel Dar Al Masyaf!

We were here for our 5th anniversary and we could not agree more that this hotel was the best choice! All thanks to the hotel’s ambiance and the spa our villa was so romantic and had a private pool as well! the food was also great! The best part was that, we moved around here and there by boats.. i liked it very much!! Would definitely suggest others to choose this hotel.

The staff was always ready to please. Anything you requested was done with efficiency. The room was lavish and immaculate. By the end of the stay I had a very good camaraderie with my very own personal butler Raj!

There was a mix up with the rooms. It took 3 hours to sort out the mess. This was not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. But other than this incident our stay was quiet enjoyable. Maybe it was a one time incident in our case.

We stayed in an Arabian summer house which had a beautiful view of the lagoon. It also offered a small private pool which was better than the main pool. We fully took advantage of this! The rooms were beautifully decorated and the service was very very good, ensuring a totally delightful stay.

Free entry to the wild wadi water-park, Sindbad club made the hotel an instant success with our two ten year old sons. The ride on the golf buggies and the Abra were enjoyed with enthusiasm by adults as well as kids. We also took advantage of happy hour when drinks were served for free. Kudos, to the hotel for doing a wonderful job.

I had stayed for almost 10 days in Dar Al Masyaf at Madinat Jumeirah and truly my whole trip was a complete fun. We had visited Dubai for a family holiday during Christmas so we decided to extend our stay till the New Year and enjoy the New Year in Dubai itself. We were welcomed warmly by the staff at the reception and also the other staff of the hotel was very much helpful throughout our stay. Our rooms were on the first floor of villa 17 and the whole villa was quite and peaceful despite of the Christmas and New Year’s fun going on inside the lobby. The fruit basket we got was completely fresh, to my surprise, as I had heard that the fruit basket does not contain fresh fruits. My husband was found most of the time inside the swimming pool and my kids inside the restaurants of the hotel. The Spa is truly great and relaxing and the conference room is fantastic, I had used it once for some internet browsing on the net. We had also spent one day at the Wild Wadi and the place is excellent, my kids just loved it!!!

I had arrived on Christmas Eve and I was damn sure that my trip was not going to be peaceful because of the crowd and noise observed in every hotel during that time. But, my experience with that hotel was truly good and it was the first time in three consecutive years that I got a good service during Christmas season. It was a business trip and I was also looking out for some rest and my experience for the past two years was not at all good with the other five star hotels of Dubai so I decided to stay in Dar Al Masyaf Madinat Jumeirah. The service, despite of the crowd was excellent and efficient. Also, the food was worth a try. The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. The fact I liked was that despite the crowds and celebrations of Christmas, the room service was prompt. Now next time when I visit Dubai, I am going to stay in Dar Al Masyaf at Madinat Jumeirah itself.
