The attitude of the staff towards single women travelers is suspicious and condemning. I felt vastly insulted. Spending money to get humiliated is not my idea of fun. I advice you to look elsewhere to avoid a similar experience.

This hotel was recommended by a friend and I must admit he was right. The hotel was absolutely fabulous. The hotel staff called me by name and was ever attentive. The food and service was excellent even by international standards. The variety of international cuisine available was also amazing.

I was fortunate enough to land a room with a creek view and it was absolutely delightful to get up from bed and look out the window in the early morning. I was so happy with the view but the great food also made the stay so much more enjoyable.

Grand Hyatt truly compliments its name. The hotel is grand in its appearance that offers perfect services. I still remember during our 5 days trip to Dubai we had stayed in Grand Hyatt. For the first time I had been to Dubai with my in-laws on a holiday and that's why I wished everything in a neat and orderly manner. So I chose this hotel. I found its lobby area unique and eye catching. It actually welcomes you in an elegant way each time you visit it. Further, its spacious and comfortable rooms too were found superb especially by my mother-in-law as the rooms offered the best of luxury with a great view of the outside surroundings. We spend some great time at the pool, spa complex, enjoyed the good quality food at the hotel restaurants and enjoyed shopping at the Wafi Mall. My in-laws quite liked the flawless amenities offered by the hotel and even appreciated my decision of staying there as they didn't find anything to grumble. The best of hospitality and complimentary services offered by Grand Hyatt Dubai really made our tour unforgettable.

I had been to Dubai a few times in the past, where mostly it was for business purpose. During those tours I stayed at 'n' number of hotels out of which I preferred to stay at the Grand Hyatt. Well I happened to stay at Grand Hyatt Dubai almost three times out of coincidence.... What I like about the hotel is the great service especially the Ambassador Suite which is just superb. It is a large hotel with every convenience that one would expect where elegance speaks volume for itself. Not only this, the view that it offers of the Creek side is simply astounding. During the moments of leisure, you can visit the Creek golf club or simply go to the nearby malls for shopping. The large sized rooms with the view of the pool area and Burj Dubai, comfort and a quick service over a phone call keeps you at ease. Though it feels quite expensive, the housekeeping does impress you. Not only is this, the food and drinks offered are also great. I would suggest this hotel for everyone hosting a conference in Dubai where advance and up-to date infrastructures like the fast internet connectivity makes your events splendid and memorable.
