Spent 4 days here in this fab hotel and we were the happiest ppl in the world. The rooms of the hotel were very clean and crisp, the carpet was vacuum cleaned everyday when we went out. The door-guards always helped my kids in and out! The location is away from the setting but we didn’t bother much as we were here to just chill. Overall nice place to stay.

Metropolitan Palace is one of the most beautiful hotels. Once u r in the hotel u don’t feel like leaving. The swimming pool on the roof is crystal clear. The staff were also polite and with manners. The atmosphere, the design, the food and the services are certainly luxurious.

The rooms were clean but not fresh or charming.. certainly not of 5* hotel standards. The AC was out of service, the drapes were unclean. But the food and the services were excellent. My room was next to the road so too much of disturbance. The rest is definitely excellent but not of 5* standards for sure! Don't follow the website fotos and go to this hotel.

My wife and I were very happy to spend our weekend here. the food is great. The bed and the interior is extra-ordinarily great. The location is a bit away from the city centre but we never bothered to go out in the city! bt one can manage with car rental if necessary!

Staying in the hotel,Metropolitan was worth for us. We would really like to appreciate the cooperative staff workers who welcomed us with warmth. The hotel had good facilities, but there were not any variation in dining. My children were happy as they got their favorite dishes. Overall, I would tell that I got a good experience after spending holidays in this hotel.

Was on a day’s business trip to Dubai. The services and gadgets were great for me as a business traveler but the food and quantity certainly was not of a 5 star hotel. It did not make me much of a difference as I was traveling alone and was there for only 1 day and night. But otherwise I will not choose this hotel if m to stay lil more or with family.

I have just returned from a week's break in Dubai. We stayed at the Metropolitan Palace for 4 nights. Previously I was a bit worried about the choice of hotel but finally I landed up in Metropolitan Palace hotel on my friend's suggestion. I can say we had a great experience and would certainly like to return to it each time we visit Dubai. And I am saying this because of the experience that we got over there. We arrived at the hotel and check into our rooms little late but the staff did cooperate with us. Also we were not asked to pay for the extra hours as we had to stay at the hotel rooms due to our late flight departure. The attentive staff, the rooftop pool, great breakfast with a good selection of food and other meals in the hotel was also simply superb. So guyz, if you are looking to stay in Dubai and are looking for a fair treatment without spending thousands of bucks, then the Metropolitan Palace is just the thing.

Recently I had been to Dubai with my Boss on a 5 day business trip. We had two reservations at the Metropolitan Palace hotel that didn't look extraordinary from the outside, but as soon as we entered the hotel our perception changed. It was quite good with big sparkly chandeliers and water fountains. Immediately, we rushed to our respective rooms to relax and freshen up as the business meetings were scheduled in the noon. We found the rooms spacious and comfortable that furnished our basic needs with its amenities. I also found the staff friendly as it actually proved helpful to me with its quick laundry services as I had packed my bags at the eleventh hour. Daily we had to leave our rooms in the early mornings and used to return in the late nights. Five days passed in a similar fashion and soon the week ended. The last day we really needed a good break and the hotel staff realized this and suggested us the pool at the roof top. There we spent some time at the free lounge chairs and enjoyed the amicable ambiance, which was really refreshing. Today, I feel grateful to the staff support of the Metropolitan Palace hotel as they saved me from disappointment in the presence of my boss.
