Although, Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa was a five-star hotel, yet it was not well maintained. The hotel had good facilities, but pool/bar staff workers were not very attentive. My friends were not happy with rooms. The hotel had small bathroom in comparison with bedroom.

The hotel might look attractive, but it had old furniture. Internet was not working in my room. I informed the reception twice, but it took a long time to sort out problem. I was on a business trip and did not find the time to use the pool and spa facilities. On the first day, I was served tasteless food. However, I would like to appreciate the alertness of night staff.

I would give nine out of ten to Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa. It was a wonderful hotel with cooperative staff who invites guests with warmth. It was an excellent example of Arabian hospitality. The hotel had a 24-hour room service and it used to maintain cleanliness as a priority. Pool bar was wonderful experience for me. However, the underground pub was a bit crowded. I personally liked SPA which was a superb place for relaxation.

Only word for this hotel. WOW! I like this hotel from entrance till leaving gate. Reception area is too simple that you can't even imagine the class of rooms. Once you enter room you cant stop yourself by uttering Amazing. :) Staff is really friendly and willing to help you anytime. Service was excellent, if you ask for anything it will be delivered to you in hardly five minutes. Fare for anything in this hotel is worth. Just wish to visit once again with family.
