"Not for a family trip"

(3/5)

The Jumeirah Emirates tower was excellent in services and had beautiful, luxurious rooms. The food was great, but for a family trip I suggest you look elsewhere. It’s sister hotel Jumeirah Beach Hotel would be an excellent choice. I didn’t regret staying here, just for the experience though.

"Pretty Good"

The rooms were beautiful with great views. Although not located on a beach, it offered complimentary access to it’s sister hotel , Jumeirah Beach Towers. It really is upto date to meet all business requirements.

"Needs Upgrade"

(2/5)

While the structure of the hotel is still impressive and outstanding, the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. The furniture and design of the rooms is outdated. The mattresses need to be replaced with good quality mattresses. They are not fit for a 5 star hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel

"Good for a business trip"

The work space was excellent. The internet connection was a bit costly though. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from, without compromising on quality.

"Worth a Stay!!!"

(5/5)

We checked in at around 6:45 am so it was almost breakfast time on 21st December 2009 and had to rush to their conference room at 7:30 so we decided to go into the restaurant rather than the room and have breakfast. The breakfast was excellent with lots of varieties to choose from. After this, we went directly into the congress room which is really well maintained. You got a lot of space inside the room and they also provide service inside the room upon request. We had ordered lunch inside the room and had a break out there itself. Our meeting was over by 3 so I decided to enter my room and take a nap. The room was quite spacious and our luggage was kept in place by the staff. The dinner was fantastic as compared to the lunch we had in the afternoon. Overall, I enjoyed my trip, though my deal did not get signed and didn't even get much time to appreciate the hotel facilities.

I recommend this hotel

"Worth a Visit"

(4/5)

Though I was on my business trip, I took a chance to stay in one of the executive club rooms of the hotel, as they were suggested to me by my friend. According to him, the executive club room rather than the business room is much more comfortable, so I told at the reception to cancel out my booking for the business suite. There is a complimentary tasty and filling breakfast provided right in the morning as soon as you get up and call the restaurant. You get a direct access to the executive lounge inside the hotel, that provide mouthwatering lunch and dinner options along with drinks. I really cannot forget the stunning views over the city through my balcony on the 43rd floor of the hotel.
