"Satisfactory "
(4/5)
Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai was a bit older if compared to other modern hotels of Dubai. It was not located at centre of the city so we had to struggle a lot to catch taxis or buses. Although, we had a short trip of a week, yet it was very difficult to adjust in the hotel. Staffs were cooperative. However they are extra conscious about their guests. Overall we had good experience but the hotel needs renovation.

"Bad Attitude"
(3/5)
I don’t know why I’m even writing a review for this hotel. It’s so bad. Dubai is such a great destination for a holiday but contains such horrible hotels that could spoil your whole trip. I stayed at the Sheraton for 4 nights with my family (a child included). We had booked a double room a month in advance yet were assigned a twin sharing room upon arrival. They even refused an extra bed for my child. Those 4 nights we were scrunched up in the bed. Even the bathroom facilities were not the best ones as anticipated. My vacation was not a bad one because we didn’t spend much time in the hotel. But yes, it’s certainly not worth suggesting it to anyone if the hotel staff is adamant on their attitude.
I do not recommend this hotel

"A perfect destination"
(5/5)
Excellent hotel with really good facilities. Well, don’t expect a Atlantis the Palm kind of experience but the hotel offers a good, comfortable stay. Sheraton is known for its quality and customer satisfaction rating and as expected we were upgraded to an executive room at no extra cost. I have no idea how standard rooms at Sheraton are, but the executive ones were a dream. Plush beds, large plasma screen, gorgeous bathrooms and airy rooms. Breakfast was tasty with something new everyday. We got a true taste of Indian cuisine at the restaurants. Specially liked Antique Bazaar Indian Restaurant where the food was delicious and tangy but not too spicy. The staff was polite and helpful. Talking about the pool, it’s not great as its too small, but its clean. Hotel provides beach and airport transfers but just check with the hotel for “ladies only” days etc. UAE is quite strict about that. Hotel has been built at the right location with supermarkets, shopping malls round the corner and the Metro at walking distance. Airport is also not too far away. If you hate traveling in Dubai due to its traffic jams then this hotel is the perfect destination for you. Mark my words.
