This was my second stay at the Ritz Carlton and I’m sorry to say I was disappointed. During my first stay I had no complaints. However, this time there were stains in the carpet, the bed linen was unclean and the housekeeping service was shoddy. I, definitely, will not come back again to waste my money.

My family instantly fell in love with the Ritz. The staff was friendly and saw to it that the kids had a great time. On a scale of one to ten I’d rate the food at 8!

I had some official work in Dubai so I took my wife with me as she wanted to do some shopping in Dubai. The Emirates flight was just too good and we reached to our hotel “Ritz Carlton” which was in Jumeira Beach area in around 45 mins. As soon as we entered the hotel we both fell in love with the hotel. The reception area was spic n span and we were welcomed by the staff by spelling rose petals and then they offered a glass of welcome juice – a date juice, which was very tasty. The pool area was very appealing, while I was enjoying in the pool my wife had a body massage at the spa, as per her, she felt very energized after the body massage. There are 3 restaurants in this hotel, and all of them are too good offering delicious food. Do not forget to try traditional Arabic food over here. We stayed for 2 days and 3 nights, and I would say this was THE best hotel we have ever stayed in.

If you are looking for a hotel which is not very big in size and excellent in service then this is the hotel, hotel Ritz Carlton. I stayed at this hotel one year ago and decided to book the same hotel again. The hotel is clean, immaculate and the staff is very polite, I would say the staff service is exceptional. My room was very spacious and comfortable with huge bathroom. The house keeping staff was always prompt. As well, the staff was extremely friendly and polite. The pool area is very pretty and the service is excellent. The service staff will carry your drinks wherever you go. There is very tasty food along with fresh fruits juices in the snack bar. Do not forget to ask for iced towels and water sprays. If you are more of a “beach person” then this hotel has a private beach too. Although the hotel is in Jumeira beach area, its easy to catch a taxi (which are reasonably priced) and roam around the city. I won’t be able to comment upon the hotel’s restaurants and the food as I always try local food in local market.
