The staff at the reception desk is poorly trained and unskilled. Check in took an hour and we were offered no refreshments till then. There were some miscalculations in the bill during check out and I later discovered quite a few of the other guests also had a similar problem. This in not the level of service that you expect from a five star, if there was a level at all!

It takes 25 minutes to reach this hotel from airport. This was first time me and my group visited Dubai for holidays. I don't find words to express my experience. I was so glad to choose this hotel for our trip. Staff was friendly with us and took special care of our room. Pool court is my favorite and i couldn't stop my feet by going there. Group enjoyed a lot in pool lounge as we spent 3 hours there playing games. I am amazed that my group is planning to visit here in next trip . Hope we will experience same services next year too.

Crowne Plaza hotel is good for business travelers and budget travelers. It has clean, spacious and comfortable rooms with good breakfast. You might want to opt for a different hotel if you want to experience the Dubai experience though.

This is an ideal hotel for business travelers. It’s located 15 minutes fro the airport and near the Metro station which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, would not opt for the one’s facing the main road though. The service, food though not exceptional, was reasonably good.

The Crowne Plaza hotel is more intent on business travelers rather than leisure travelers. Could not find any fault with the hotel facilities and services, but we didn’t experience the holiday fee.

The Crowne Plaza is paradise for food lovers. It houses ten restaurants to cater to its very demanding and discerning clientele. The Al Dana offers international cuisine with a special cuisine everyday. The Afresco restaurant offers great Italian cuisine. The Harvester pub with its food and atmosphere is very English. Great Lebanese and oriental food is served at the Altannour. Thai and Japanese restaurants are also pretty good.
