Extremely enjoyed the afternoon tea which consisted of simple sandwiches, fruit and soft drinks. I would definitely recommend the dhow dinner cruise, which was an unforgettable experience. Our stay at this hotel was money well spent.

The slow process of check-in, check-out was agonizing. The rooms were a bit outdated and needed renovation. Room service was slow. You had to wait at least for an hour to get what you requested and the food was less than average. Never want to repeat the experience again!

Our upgrade to the Royal Club Room was definitely worth the money. Though, the hotel needs upgrade the hotel staff more than make up for its lack. The service is prompt and efficient. We had inspiring views of the creek from our room. We even had a selection of pillows to choose from.

I have stayed over a number of hotels in Dubai in recent years and I must say I was really surprised by the service of this hotel. Nowhere else, have I encountered such courtesy and the desire to please, by the hotel staff. The staff is ever ready to perform your requests and make your stay enjoyable. I would come here again just to appreciate the service.

This was my fourth stay at Radisson and each time the staff impresses me with their hospitality. The rooms are beautifully decorated and service was impeccable. The advantageous location is an added benefit. But what truly makes Radisson shine is the smiling staff of the hotel. Looking forward to my next visit.

The hotel service was good, though the hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The AC was not working, the TV was outdated. The hygiene control definitely needs an upgrade, as we found bugs in our bed! The food at the restaurants was decent though.

The Radisson Blu hotel may not be the most of the glamorous hotels, but they offer exceptional rooms and personalized service. The rooms have balconies overlooking the creek, where you can spend hours watching the dhows and pleasure boats. You even have a wide variety of cuisine to choose from. Everything from Italian to Indian cuisine is available under one roof.

Well you may not find the Radisson Blu in a good location if you are seeking a beach holiday, but it is just fine for business purpose as the Media and Internet City are in close proximity. I stayed in the hotel (conveniently located in Dubai Media City) for 4 nights as we had a 5-day summit in Dubai and some official matters to be discussed with some major companies in DIC and KV. Our travel agent had made reservations for executive rooms with lounge access. No complaints about the rooms, as the rooms were first-class and spacious where the lounge offered complimentary food and beverages. During the leisure time we did land up at the hotel pool on one of the towers to simply unwind. It felt really nice on the pool after hour long hectic meeting. On the other tower they have the roof top terrace which was also excellent but as we were pressed for time as most of our meetings were scheduled till late hours, we didn't end up there. The hotel had a good spa but we had no time to go there.

I would say, if you are going to Dubai for a business purpose, Radisson Blu is just the best place to stay in. Located in the center of Dubai's shopping and business center on the Baniyas road, you can find the staff extremely helpful. During my visits to Dubai we often had most of our business meets in the hotel with professional and state-of-the-art services offered by Radisson Blu. I usually prefer non-smoking pleasant room with a comfy bed so whenever I land up at Radisson Blu, the hotel staff keep these arrangements ready in advance because by now they have become accustomed to my likings. Besides the business meets we always prefer to have our informal get-together at the hotel because the staff cater to our requirements each time with exclusive attention. I remember while making a choice for the business rooms with inside and outdoor lounge in recent times, the economic slowdown knocked down the prices but we didn't face any hidden costs. Breakfast offered is also good but you can always opt for something as per your taste and try a bit from outside as well. Though I did try the Italian Restaurant (Certo) on one occasion but I didn't find it to be that great. In the mean time I even tried the fitness center and found it to be just adequate. The rooftop bar was also very nice, with great views where we used to gather after work. I would unquestionably prefer to stay there again also because of an easy accessibility to the Media City from the hotel.
