Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

This highly interactive, two-day course has been designed to give you the ability to experience first-hand what it is like to be part of a Scrum team. Arrive prepared to face the challenges every ScrumMaster encounters and leave with the knowledge of how to handle those situations. You will learn the "what, why, and how" of Scrum, and will be equipped to return to your organization with the knowledge to begin applying the Scrum framework to achieve success. Successful completion of a two-day ScrumMaster Certification course, taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer, is a requisite for taking the Certified ScrumMaster exam. Upon completion of the course, attendees are eligible to take the exam, the successful completion of which results in the designation of "Certified ScrumMaster" from the Scrum Alliance.
