Introducing a new zenith in Dubai

The man-made wonders in Dubai will reach a new pinnacle, as Dubai has unveiled the majestic ‘The Tower’ at the Dubai Creek Harbour.
Developed by Emaar Properties, the structure is estimated to cost about Dh 3.67 billion and will be a notch taller than the current world’s tallest building the Burj Khalifa which stands at 828 metres.

The building is expected to get completed by the year 2021 and will be about 1000 metres in height. The tower has taken inspiration from a blooming lily and the Islamic Architecture, it will be a modern engineering marvel due to its sleek design and fine mesh-like structure.

The developer team has hinted that the visitors will be able to go at the top of the tower and an observation deck will be created which will recreate the magic and brilliance of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the monarch of Dubai and also the Vice President of the UAE has stated that the Tower will be as great as the Burj Khalifa and Eiffel Tower.

This mammoth building will feature 8 million sq. Ft. Of retail space, 22 hotels, 39,000 apartments and an additional huge project called the Dubai Twin Towers which will also be the tallest twin towers all over the world. The 4.5 kilometre Creek Boardwalk will also be an added attraction in this much-hyped structure.
